College of Mentors

The aim of the College of Mentors for Global CDH is to capitalize on the pool of knowledge based on referred individuals who will enhance its strategic interest and strengths based on expert advise.  It is an international group of experts specializing in many areas including: nonprofit administration, leadership, philanthropy, nonprofit development, legal, accounting, marketing, human resources and finance.


The College of Mentors are also a body that advises the board of trustees and management of Global CDH but does not have authority to vote.  Furthermore they will assist Global CDH keep informed on various business, legal and financial trends that may affect the growth of the organization.  Mentors in the College are not expected to atake on an active management role or assume any liability for Global CDH or for the advice offered.

Meetings may be held one of two ways: Global CDH will either bring the College of Mentors together every month or two, or mentors can meet separately.  Meetings may be held via teleconference or videoconference.
