To be a participant in our programs please follow this link. You will be asked to fill out our Support Program Sign-up Form to give us some personal information regarding the birth of your child so that we may evaluate each family's need on an individual basis. Global CDH does not discriminate so no matter what your situation is, we would like to help.

Essence of our Approach  

Parents are the key element of life within an infants first days, especially when its an infant diagnosed with a life threatening condition known as a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH).

We, at Global CDH, completely understand how difficult a CDH diagnosis can be on both the infant and the parents.  Some of us have experienced CDH first hand, watching children of our own fight for their lives, and can empathize with your fears and worries, both before the birth of your child and after.

Project Sweet Peas & Global CDH

Project Sweet Peas will provide a standard gift bag to parents of congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) babies on behalf of Global CDH. Gift bags will include information on Project Sweet Peas and Global CDH.

Goals

• To provide gift bags on behalf of Global CDH to parents expecting, or recently diagnosed CDH babies
• These gift bags will be provided to families in need and to let them know they are not alone
• Included in each Standard NICU Gift Bag:

  • scratch mittens
  • birth record pillow or isolette name plaque
  • hand sanitizer
  • chapstick
  • journal
  • baby eye mask
  • tissue pack
